2. Ring Camera Overlooking front yard on second story but can not see the porch.
3. Ring Camera overlooking side yard/ boat storage area.

Cancellation Policy
  • To receive a full refund, The guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
  • If the guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, They’ll be refunded 50% for all nights
  • If the guest cancels after that, They’ll be required to pay 100% for all nights
