The Kitchen

This newly remodeled chef’s kitchen with double oven, gas range, dishwasher and full fridge is ready for serious meal prepping.  Keurig and pour coffee, blender, air fryer, microwave, griddle, electric kettle and lots of pots/pans/dishes/utensils/flatware/wine glasses are provided for your use.

Bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor with a shared walk out balcony, attached full bath with tub and shower.  This room has a Cal King bed, 50in flat-screen TV, closet and dressers for storage. 

Upstairs Bedroom #2 contains a full/twin bunk bed with shared walk out balcony, closet and storage and is located across from full bathroom with stand-up shower.

Upstairs Bedroom #3 features a twin bed with a trundle bed.  There is a pack n’ play and toys in the closet for your little ones.

Downstairs Bedroom #4 has a queen-size bed, closet and storage.

Downstairs Bedroom #5 contains a twin bunk bed with closet for storage.  

Downstairs:  

The dining table has 8 chairs, but could easily sit more if your group is a bit larger.  There is a folding table in the downstairs closet.  

A full bath with tub and shower are located downstairs.

The living area contains a love seat, oversized chair and rocker surrounding the electric fireplace and TV area with plenty of blankets to get cozy.

The washer and dryer are located in the hall leading to the garage.

The garage contains a propane grill and a Trager Pellet Grill that can be used out on the driveway.  Guests are welcome to use any sleds located in the garage.

Upstairs:

The living area contains a full sofa, love seat and oversized chair that allow for snuggling by the gas fireplace, watching movies on the large flat-screen TV, or cheering on your peeps while playing a game of pool.  A wet bar is located near the pool table and has board games to enjoy.  You can walk out onto the deck through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the stars or an early morning cup of coffee in a wooden rocker and deck chairs.  A gate at the top of the stairs can keep your tiny people in when closed.  

Other things to note:

All TVs have Roku and have guest access to Netflix 

For those with infants/toddlers, there is a strap on baby seat for the table and a pack n’ play available in addition to kiddie plates and utensils.  There are white noise machines in several of the rooms.

Pellets for the Traeger Grill should be brought with to ensure you have what you need
